Bands are getting confirmed for FEST 19

I’m starting to hear from bands who want to play Foreign Dissent, who have already been invited to play THE FEST. It’s not even the end of January! Ps: No, I won’t tell you who I’ve already heard from – SORRY!

For those wondering, I won’t be announcing any Foreign Dissent bands until AFTER they have been announced for FEST. So don’t expect any band announcements from me until after the first round of FEST announcements.
